What You’ll Need

  • ½ kg raw mangoes (or lemons, chillies, or mixed vegetables)
  • 100g Ready Pickle Masala
  • 1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
  • ½ cup oil (preferably sesame or groundnut)
  • A little patience — just like our grandmothers had

Step-by-Step

  1. Chop the Mangoes: Wash and cut raw mangoes into small bite-sized pieces. Wipe them dry completely.
  2.  Mix the Magic: Add Shree Siddhivinayak Ready Pickle Masala and salt. Mix gently so that every piece is evenly coated with spice.
  3. Pour Warm Oil: Heat the oil lightly and pour it over the mixture. Stir well so the flavours blend beautifully.
