Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days from the date of order placement.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If there is a high volume of orders, your shipment may be delayed by a day or two. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
In case of a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone provided at the time of your order.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
This will include details such as:

1.Order confirmation and invoice

2.Dispatch and tracking number

3.Courier partner details

Tracking information will be active within 24–48 hours after dispatch.

Damages

Shree Siddhivinayak is not responsible for any product damage or loss during shipping.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact the courier directly to file a claim.
We recommend recording a video while opening your package to assist with any return or replacement requests.

Customers will receive email notifications confirming their order and subsequent updates until delivery.
