We will reimburse your amount no later than one month from the day on which we receive the returned Goods.

The refund will be processed through bank transfer or the original payment method used at the time of purchase. You will not incur any additional fee for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

1.The Goods were purchased within the last 7 days.

2.The Goods are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

The following items cannot be returned:

1.Goods made to your specifications or personalized.

2.Goods which, after delivery, have been mixed with other items and cannot be separated.

Returning Goods

1.The buyer is responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to us.

2. We recommend using a trackable and insured courier service for returns to ensure safe delivery.

3.Shree Siddhivinayak ( Manorama Food Products ) shall not be held responsible for Goods that are damaged or lost during return shipping or for incomplete return requests in the absence of valid proof of delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned Goods, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved:

1.Refunds will be processed within a minimum of 7 days and a maximum of 30 days from the date we receive the returned Goods.

2.The refund will be issued to your original payment method or via bank transfer, as applicable.

3.You will not incur any additional fees for such reimbursement.
